  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Seniors Health Insurance “6 Weeks free” (“Offer”). This Offer and these Terms and Conditions are issued by nib health fund limited ABN 83 000 124 381 (“nib”) and facilitated through The ItsMy Group Pty Ltd ABN 85 167 289 965 (IMG), the broker authorised to sell the Offer on behalf of nib and Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd ABN 53 128 692 884 (GFS) of Level 5/50 Norwest Boulevard, Norwest NSW 2153 (“Promoter” or “PC”). By joining, claimants agree to be bound by these conditions.
  2. Offer commences at 12:00am (AEDT) on 04 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 30 April 2026 (“Offer Period”). Policies purchased after 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 April 2026 will not be eligible for the Offer.
  3. Offer is open only to Australian citizens, permanent residents of Australia or those who are entitled to full reciprocal rights under Medicare, registered for Medicare and listed on an active Medicare card, who are 18 years or over as at the date of joining (being the date of completion of join) (“Eligible Members”).
  4. Offer is only available to Eligible members who join a Seniors Health Insurance combined Hospital and Extras product through Seniors Health Insurance’s approved channels during the Offer Period (“Eligible Product”). The Offer does not apply to the purchase of any other private health insurance product issued by nib (per clause 8.c)), or any member moving from one of these products to an Eligible Product. The Offer excludes any non-health related insurance products (e.g. Travel).
  5. IMG may request proof of age, identity, residency and eligibility to the extent required to ensure the Eligible Member meets the requirements for joining the Eligible Product.
  6. For clarity, Eligible members who join an Eligible Product (during the Offer Period), which has a policy start date outside of the Offer Period, can qualify for the Offer subject to their compliance with:
    (a) these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to, the Eligibility Requirements); and
    (b) any other terms and conditions imposed by nib in relation to the selection of policy start dates.
  7. Offer consists of adjusting the “paid to” date on the qualifying policy to reflect the reduction off the premium payable for an amount equating to 6 weeks (calculated as 42 days).
  8. To receive the Offer, Eligible Members must:
    (a) successfully join an Eligible Product during the Offer Period through IMG Pty Ltd via Choosi
    (b) maintain the Eligible Product up to the date of the Offer being applied to the active policy, being 30 June 2026 (Fulfilment Date”) for policies purchased between 04 March 2026 and 31 March 2026 and 30 July 2026 (Fulfilment Date) for policies purchased between 01 April 2026 and 30 April 2026. The Offer will be forfeited if the Eligible Member is not an active policyholder on these dates.
    (c) not be a current policyholder of a product issued by nib (including nib Health Insurance, nib Overseas Students Health Insurance, nib International Workers Health Insurance, nib Corporate Private Health Insurance, GU Health Insurance, AAMI Health Insurance, Apia Health Insurance, Suncorp Health Insurance, ING Health Insurance, Real Health Insurance, Seniors Health Insurance, Qantas Health Insurance) at the time of joining the Eligible Product, or have cancelled any of these policies 6 months before or during the Offer Period; and
    (d) have a valid email address applied to their policy; and
    (e) not be an employee of the Promoter or nib (together the Eligibility Requirements).
  9. Limit of one Offer per policy for each Eligible Product joined during the Offer Period.
  10. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, unless stated otherwise.
  11. If an Eligible Member has satisfied the Eligibility Requirements, nib will contact the Eligible Member following fulfilment to confirm they have qualified for the Offer and that the adjustment of their “paid to” date on their policy has been adjusted to credit their policy in accordance with clause 7 of these Terms and Conditions. 
  12. Each Eligible Member acknowledges that the Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or be replaced after expiry and is not legal tender, an account card, a credit or security.
  13. Subject to any rights any person has under any law, nib and the Promoter excludes all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, profits or business) in relation to or resulting from this Offer.     
  14. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes, modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  15. nib may at any time, amend or withdraw any part of this Offer and substitute with another offer of equal or greater value. Eligible Members will not be entitled to any compensation in the event that the Offer or element of the Offer has been substituted at equal or greater value.
  16. nib are not responsible for any undelivered emails due to an Eligible Member’s spam filters or email settings.
  17. nib reserves the right to disqualify from receipt of the Offer any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Offer.

Seniors Health Insurance ‘Get 10 weeks FREE’ offer terms and conditions (4 Mar 2026 – 31 Mar 2026)

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Seniors Health Insurance “10 Weeks free” (“Offer”). This Offer and these Terms and Conditions are issued by nib health fund limited ABN 83 000 124 381 (“nib”). By joining, claimants agree to be bound by these conditions. 
  2. The Promoter is Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd ABN 53 128 692 884 (GFS) of Level 5/50 Norwest Boulevard, Norwest NSW 2153 (“Promoter” or “PC”).  
  3. The Offer commences at 12:00am (AEDT) on 04 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 March 2026 (“Offer Period”). Policies purchased after 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 March 2026 will not be eligible for the Offer. 
  4.   9. To receive the Offer, Eligible Members must: 
    (a) successfully join an Eligible Product during the Offer Period through one of Seniors Health Insurance’s approved channels (Seniors Insurance website seniors.com.au/health-insurance or the Seniors Health Insurance call centre);  
    (b) maintain the Eligible Product up to the date of the Offer being applied to the active policy, being 27 May 2026 (Fulfilment Date) for policies purchased between 04 March 2026 and 31 March 2026. The Offer will be forfeited if the Eligible Member is not an active policyholder on this date.

Promoter

1. The Promoter is Australian Seniors Insurance Agency (“Australian Seniors”), a trading name of Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd (“GFS”) ABN 53 128 692 884, AFSL 343079 (collectively referred to as “the Promoter/We/Us”) of 50 Norwest Boulevard, Norwest NSW 2153.

Insurers

2. The insurer for life insurance products is Hannover Life Re of Australasia Ltd (Hannover) ABN 37 062 395 484, AFSL 530811. Terms, conditions, exclusions, limits and applicable sub-limits apply. Hannover does not accept any liability for reliance on the information contained in this communication other than in relation to products or services provided by Hannover.

Entry restrictions

4. The Promotion is national and is open for entry by any existing Seniors Life Insurance policyholder excluding:
• employees of GFS;
• a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a GFS employee; or
• any person who has breached any of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Business names or company names will not be accepted for entry.

Promotion Period

6. The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEDT) on 2 March 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize details

7. The Prize is $10,000 in cash.

8. The Prize will be issued in the name of the winning entrant.

9. The Prize will be issued via bank transfer and the winner will receive an email advising them that this is complete.

Entry procedures

10. To be entered into the Promotion, entrants must hold an active Seniors Life Insurance policy during the Promotional Period and meet the criteria referenced in clause 11 Eligibility.

Eligibility

11. To be placed in the draw and be eligible to win, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The life insurance policy must remain active and in force with no missed premium payments for the duration of the Promotion Period and on the date of the draw; and
• The requirements of clauses 4, 5 and 6 must be satisfied and done in accordance with all of these Terms & Conditions; and
• All information provided for the insurance policy purchased must be complete, genuine and accurate at the time of completing the purchase. If an entry is found to be falsified, whether wholly or a substantial part, it will be disqualified from the Promotion; and
• The policy must have a commencement date prior to the start date of the competition; and
• Only one (1) person per policy (the policyowner) will be counted as an eligible entry. If multiple policies are held by the policyholder, they will receive one (1) entry per active policy.
This clause (clause 11) is active despite any communication of the result of the Promotion.

Conditions of entry

12. By entering the Promotion, each entrant is agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

13. It is a condition of entry that the winner consents to the publication of their name and State of residence in any advertisement/s or article/s relating to the Promotion or the Prize and participates in any media releases, which may include photographs or videos of the winner by the Promoter.

The draw

14. Eligible Entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw. The draw will take place at 2:00pm AEST on 15 June 2026 at Greenstone Financial Services, 50 Norwest Blvd, Norwest NSW 2153.

15. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or received after close of entry will not be entered into the draw.

16. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

17. Incomplete entries will be disregarded.

18. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

Determining and notifying the winner

19. The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries and notified by phone and email on the contact details provided by the entrant, if satisfactory information has been provided, within two (2) days of the draw. The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published on seniors.com.au within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws for a minimum of 28 days. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner on the phone number provided when entering the promotion or such other method of contact deemed appropriate by the Promoter in its sole discretion under the circumstances.

20. The Promoter will try to contact the winner over a 4-week period. If the winner does not claim the prize within three (3) calendar months of the date of notification as specified in clause19, the prize will be deemed as unclaimed. This will result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found. Where eligibility of a new winner is not able to be ascertained without undertaking a redraw for the prize, a redraw in accordance with clause 23 will occur.

Prize distribution

21. The Prize will be sent to the winner via bank transfer.

22. The Promoter shall not be liable for the loss of any prize during distribution to the winner.

Redraw (if any)

23. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of a drawn entrant being unable to satisfy the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion.

24. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to ask for evidence to verify the age, identity and/or eligibility of an entrant at any time, and to use any channels and methods available to carry out checks of any details provided. The Promoter may withhold delivery of the Prize until it has received such evidence from the winner and failure to provide such evidence in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

25. If the Prize is forfeited through ineligibility in accordance with clauses 23 or 24, or due to a failure of the winner to claim the Prize in accordance with clause 20, the Promoter will conduct a redraw, subject to the same Terms & Conditions, on 15 September 2026 at 2:00pm AEST at Greenstone Financial Services, 50 Norwest Blvd, Norwest NSW 2153. The relevant winner will then be notified by phone and email, if satisfactory information has been provided, within two (2) days of the draw. The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published on seniors.com.au within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws for a minimum of 28 days.

26. In the event that this redrawn prize winner is not eligible, or the Prize is not claimed by the winning entrant within three (3) months of any redraw, the Promoter will give notice to the relevant regulators of the outcome and seek advice on appropriate dispersal of the prize. This may include donation of the prize (or an equivalent dollar amount) to a registered charity.

General

27. The winner of the Prize (including any alternative prize) is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the Prize.

28. The Promoter and its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, the use of a reward or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, its associated agencies or any person associated with any of them, except to the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by law.

29. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

30. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

31. Any eligible entrant who (in the opinion of the Promoter) tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to receive the Prize or enter further promotions run by the Promoter.

32. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

33. In the case of intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same Terms & Conditions, subject to State Regulation.

34. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

35. All personal information disclosed in the course of this Promotion is captured and treated in accordance with Australian Seniors Privacy Policy (seniors.com.au/privacy-policy) (“the Policy”). By entering the Promotion, you consent to Us using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with the Policy and as set out in these Terms & Conditions.

36. All entries become the property of the Promoter on receipt, and We reserve the right to use any personal information provided by an entrant to enter the Promotion and conduct the Promotion. We may also use your personal information for related purposes such as sending you information about related products and/or promotions.

37. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions without notice, subject to approval from the State regulator and at any stage during the Promotion.

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Seniors Health Insurance “7 Weeks free” (“Offer”). This Offer and these Terms and Conditions are issued by nib health fund limited ABN 83 000 124 381 (“nib”). By joining, claimants agree to be bound by these conditions.

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Seniors Health Insurance “2 and 6-month Extras Waiting Period Waiver” (“Waiver”). This Waiver and these Terms and Conditions are issued by nib health funds limited ABN 83 000 124 381 (“nib”). By joining, claimants agree to be bound by these conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd ABN 53 128 692 884 (GFS) of Level 5/50 Norwest Boulevard, Norwest NSW 2153 (“Promoter” or “PC”).
  3. The Waiver commences at 12:00am (AEDT) on 04 February 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on 03 March 2026 (Waiver Period).
  4. 5. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, ineligible, in-complete or corrupted entries or delays in the delivery of entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

Eligibility to enter

6. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are over the age of 18 years.

7. Directors, management, employees, contractors and their immediate families of the Promoter (Medium Rare Content Agency), and its related bodies corporate; Australian Seniors Insurance Agency and its related bodies corporate; and, Wendy Wu Tours and its related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

8. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

Entry into the promotion

9. To enter, eligible entrants during the promotional period need to log onto seniors.com.au/survey and complete the online reader survey and entry form in accordance with the instructions on the website. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.

Entrants are required to fill out the following information:
a. Completion of the 2025 DARE Reader Survey
b. Full name
c. Contact email
d. Phone number
e. Postcode

10. By agreeing to the opt-in option stated on the competition page, entrants agree that their personal information provided as part of the entry process outlined in clause 9 will be shared to receive electronic marketing communications Wendy Wu Tours, and/or their partners and related companies.

14. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.

15. Eligible Entrants are permitted one (1) entry. Completion of the DARE Reader Survey and the entry form equates to one (1) entry.

16. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.

17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Drawing of entries

18. The draw will take place on Tuesday, 6th January, 2026 at 11:00am (AEDT). The draw is a random selection based on a game of chance and will be conducted by the Promoter Medium Rare Content Agency, ABN 83 169 879 921 of Level 1/83 Bowman Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009 (Drawer).

19. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. Entrants’ answers to the DARE Reader Survey are not reviewed prior to the random draw. Survey answers will not impact the results of the random draw and/or entrant’s eligibility to the competition.

The prize

21. There will be four (4) Major Prize Winners of the Competition.

22. The maximum total prize pool value is $4,000 AUD (RRP) inclusive of GST, based on the recommended retail value and at the commencement time of the competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.

23. There are four (4) vouchers to be won, each valued at $1,000 AUD (RRP). Each prize winner will receive one (1) Wendy Wu Tours gift voucher, valued at $1,000.

24. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per person (excluding entrants from South Australia).

25. The Prize is only applicable to new bookings only, which must be booked directly with Wendy Wu Tours. The Prize is valid for group tours only (excludes tailormade, private touring, special groups) and must be redeemed in full. The Prize cannot be used partially or across more than one transaction. The Prize cannot be used for deposit.

26. The Prize must be booked before Tuesday, 1st December 2026 and is subject to standard tour availability.

27. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to redeem the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize.

28. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to at least the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

29. The prize will be awarded to the valid entrant(s) drawn randomly in accordance with the Prize draw details. The Promoter/s may draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, the Promoter/s will then continue this process until the prize is awarded. The Promoter/s takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter/s. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Promoter/s. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

30. The prize, or any unused portion of a prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter/s may substitute the prize for another item of equal or higher value. The Promoter/s accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value (including between advertising of the Promotion and receipt of the prize).

31. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability (or that of a third party involved with the Promotion) to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms of entry, including but not limited to vandalism, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, pandemic or epidemic the Promoter’s obligations in respect of the Promotion will be suspended for the duration of the event and, in addition, the Promoter/s may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion, subject to any required approval of the relevant authorities.

Notification of the winner

32. The Promoter will attempt to notify the winner via email and phone (if phone number is provided) on Thursday, 8th January 2026. The Winner of the prize will be published using their first initial, surname and state online at https://www.seniors.com.au/promotions from Tuesday, 27th January 2026 and will also be published in the May-June 2026 edition of DARE magazine, distributed in homes from Friday, 24th April 2026.

Right of the Promoter to redraw

33. The Promoter/s reserve the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed by Friday, 23rd January 2026 at 11:59pm (AEDT), a second draw will be conducted by the Promoter on Tuesday, 27th January 2026 at 11:00am (AEDT) and placed as the original judging, subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Any winners determined in accordance with the clause will be notified by email and phone (if phone number is provided) by Wednesday, 28th January 2026 and published online at https://www.seniors.com.au/promotions from Friday, 13th February 2026, if applicable, and will also be published in the May-June 2026 edition of DARE magazine, distributed in homes from Friday, 24th April 2026.

Limitation of liability and variation of terms

34. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion in these circumstances.

35. The Promoter does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.  However, the remainder of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s (including without limitation due to attendance at an event or travel undertaken when there is any current health warning, epidemic or pandemic declared which would apply to or could be considered to impact, effect or apply to the relevant event or travel) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Tax Implications

36. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Entry details and privacy

37. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes (including to third parties involved in the promotion and any applicable statutory authorities). Seniors Health Insurance '4 weeks free' offer terms and conditions (3 Oct 2025 - 31 Dec 2025) Purchased via Choosi

  1.  These Terms and Conditions apply to the Seniors Health Insurance “4 Weeks free” (“Offer”). This Offer and these Terms and Conditions are issued by nib health fund limited ABN 83 000 124 381 (“nib”) and facilitated through The ItsMy Group Pty Ltd ABN 85 167 289 965 (IMG), the broker authorised to sell the Offer    on behalf of nib and Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd ABN 53 128 692 884 (GFS) of Level 5/50 Norwest Boulevard, Norwest NSW 2153 (“Promoter” or “PC”). By joining, claimants agree to be bound by these conditions.   
  2. The Offer commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 3 October 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 December 2025 (“Offer Period”). Policies purchased after 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 December 2025 will not be eligible for the Offer.   
  3. This Offer is open only to Australian citizens, permanent residents of Australia or those who are entitled to full reciprocal rights under Medicare, registered for Medicare and listed on an active Medicare card, who are 18 years or over as at the date of joining (being the date of completion of join) (“Eligible Members”). 
  4.   6. For clarity, Eligible members who join an Eligible Product (during the Offer Period), which has a policy start date outside of the Offer Period, can qualify for the Offer subject to their compliance with:

    (b) any other terms and conditions imposed by nib in relation to the selection of policy start dates.
  7. The Offer consists of adjusting the “paid to” date on the qualifying policy to reflect the reduction off the premium payable for an amount equating to 4 weeks (calculated as 28 days).
  8. To receive the Offer, Eligible Members must:

  11.   13. Subject to any rights any person has under any law, nib and the Promoter excludes all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, profits or business) in relation to or resulting from this Offer.     
  14. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes, modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 
  15. nib may at any time, amend or withdraw any part of this Offer and substitute with another offer of equal or greater value. Eligible Members will not be entitled to any compensation in the event that the Offer or element of the Offer has been substituted at equal or greater value.
